Following the announcements of the ROC Department dated 23-24/03/2020 regarding the measures to assist the companies that have suffered due to the restrictive measures imposed to limit the spread of the Covid-19, and in particular regarding the submission of 2020 Annual Returns, the ROC Department reminds that the Annual Returns for the period from 01/01/2020 to 31/12/2020 must be submitted until 28/01/2021.
After this date a fee of €20 will be imposed for late registration.
The public is encouraged to use the tool for calculating the reporting date of the Annual Returns by clicking the following link on the Registrar website.
