The Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property has granted additional time to companies that have not yet submitted their outstanding Annual Returns together with the relevant Financial Statements.
📅 Companies now have until 𝟯𝟭 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 to complete the required filings.
This extended timeframe gives affected companies an opportunity to address any pending filing obligations and ensure that their statutory records are brought up to date.
⚠️ Companies that fail to regularise their outstanding obligations by the revised deadline may remain subject to strike-off proceedings in accordance with Article 327 of the Companies Law, Cap. 113.
