However, the Tax Department has announced that no penalties or interest will be imposed provided that the tax return is submitted and any outstanding taxes and contributions are paid by 30 November 2026.

Taxpayers are encouraged to proceed with the submission of their tax returns as soon as possible to avoid any potential penalties.
