This year’s SibLegalWeek business forum (held annually starting from 2016) took place in Novosibirsk, Russia, from 28 October to 02 November 2018, and had brought together lawyers and corporate professionals from all over the world proving a unique networking opportunity.
The forum was attended by Mr. Odysseas Melikidis, the CEO of M. Target Group, and Dr. Dmitry Samigullin, a long-time associate and a Member of the Group’s Advisory Board.

During the event, Mr. Melikidis had delivered a speech dedicated to the recent changes in Cyprus business climate, emphasizing the increasing need for real substance for new and existing Cyprus companies as well as explaining the de-offshorization benefits.
His article entitled ‘New Rules of Global Business’ was included in the Forum-sponsored brochure on legal guidance for global-oriented businesses.
