On May 24 2021, Dubai-based DMCC Free Zone has announced the official opening of the Crypto Centre which is located in Dubai’s iconic Almas Tower and billed as an ecosystem for the development and growth of crypto and blockchain companies.
The Centre will house all types of crypto businesses, from those that develop blockchain-enabled trading platforms to companies that offer, issue, list and trade crypto assets, as well as a crypto advisory practice led by CV Labs, the entity behind the Switzerland government-backed Crypto Valley (CV).
Attending the DMCC Crypto Centre official inauguration as a part of his working trip to Dubai, the M. Target Group’s CEO, Odysseas Melikides, emphasised that crypto and blockchain technology has enormous potential to transform global trade, and that this aligns with the Group’s vision to keep up to date with the leading know-hows and market requirements.
Following the opening ceremony, Mr. Melikides was offered a personal tour around the brand-new Crypto Centre in the company of high-profile DMCC officials and top managers.
