The Cyprus Tax Department has extended the deadlines for submitting Income Tax Returns and Summary Information Tables (SIT) as follows:
Deadlines:
- 2023 Tax Year:
- Companies and individuals required to prepare Financial Statements (FS)
- Including the 2023 SIT
- New deadline: 31 March 2026 (originally 30 November 2025)
- 2024 Tax Year:
- Companies and individuals required to prepare FS
- Including the 2024 SIT
- New deadline: 30 November 2026
Penalties for late submissions:
- €500 for each late SIT submission (2023 & 2024)
- €100 for each late Income Tax Return (TD4) submission (2023 & 2024)
These extensions were announced on Friday, 28 November 2025, following Decrees Κ.Δ.Π. 358/2025 and 359/2025.
