The Department of Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver announced that following its announcement dated 01/07/2020, the Annual Company Fee of €350 for the year 2020 is payable until 31/12/2020.
It is noted that from 01/01/2021 the annual fee of 2020 will amount to €490.
It is also reminded that the payments of the annual fees for the years 2018 – 2019 – 2020 will be made either through the website of JCCSMART , or directly at the ROC offices.
Regarding the previous years 2012-2017, the payments will be made either through the website of the Registrar of Companies following the signup with the ‘Ariadne’ Governmental Portal, or directly at the ROC offices.
