The Council of Ministers has granted an exemption to individuals with a total gross annual income of less than €19,500 from the requirement to file a personal income tax return (Form T.D.1) for the 2024 tax year.

This exemption was formalized in Decree No. 384/2024, which was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Cyprus on November 15, 2024.
