M. Target Group would like to inform you that all companies that are required to submit the 2022 Corporation Tax Return (TD4) and the Summary Information Table (SIT) for related party transactions that the submission must be made electronically through the Tax For All (TFA) portal.

- Penalties for Non-Compliance: Failure to submit on time may result in an administrative fine of €500.
This applies to all companies with an obligation to submit both the TD4 and the SIT. The SIT is a crucial part of the transfer pricing documentation, ensuring compliance with Cyprus tax regulations for related party transactions.
