Founder & CEO

Odysseas Melikides is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of M. Target Group, a Cyprus-based corporate advisory group established in 2014. 
Under his leadership, the Group has grown into a well-established and reputable organization, serving a diverse portfolio of local and international clients, guided by its core principle: “Your Success Is Our Target.” 
He is particularly known for handling complex and high-level cases, where technical expertise must be combined with commercial awareness and strategic thinking. Beyond his executive role, Odysseas is an established author of industry-focused publications and analytical articles, as well as a frequent speaker at international and regional conferences, business forums, and trade events. 
His professional achievements have received international recognition. He was featured in the Who is Who Greece 2021 edition under the “World of Business” category and was honored with the prestigious title of “New Leader of Tomorrow” by the Crans Montana Forum in Brussels (2022). In 2025, he was further distinguished with the “Global Vision and Leadership” award at the Who is Who International Awards – Cyprus. 
Odysseas is an active member of several respected international and professional organizations. He is a professional member of BCS – The Chartered Institute for IT, serves on the Advisory Board of the MBA Program at the University of Cyprus, and is a member of both the Cyprus Investment Funds Association and the Cyprus International Businesses Association He has also served as President of the Rotary Club of Limassol and is a member of international organizations such as the Commonwealth Club of Rome and the Crans Montana Forum. 
In addition to his corporate and advisory career, Odysseas is also a published author of award-winning literary works and a contributor to screenplay writing for both short and feature films. His creative pursuits reflect a unique combination of analytical thinking and imagination. 
In his personal time, he is actively engaged in literature and martial arts—disciplines that require focus, discipline, and balance, values that are equally reflected in his leadership and professional approach.
