SIMONUS CONSULTING LTD, a CySEC-licensed company under the corporate umbrella of M. TARGET GROUP, is actively looking to recruit an experienced and result-oriented Corporate Administrator for their Limassol office.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Draft, review and submit all relevant and necessary compliance reports in line with the ASP requirements of the company and overall assist with any CySEC compliance/AML requirements;
• Managing portfolio of clients including liaison with the clients on daily basis, consulting, execution of various clients’ requests;
• Arrange for the execution of incorporations, re- domiciliation’s, change of service providers, liquidations etc;
• Drafting and/or reviewing contracts, resolutions, power of attorneys and etc;
• Supervising, handling and monitoring various corporate transactions;
• Maintain registers of the company as required under the provisions of the relevant companies legislation and update the records held by the company in relation to clients/legal entities;
• Liaising with the Registrar of Companies and relevant governmental authorities;
• Having an ongoing communications with clients, banks and other relevant authorities;
• Reconciliations of client bank accounts;
• Compliance work in accordance with KYC procedures of the office;
• Assist with all operations of corporate department;
• Performing other administrative duties on request.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Law.
• At least 3+ years of experience in a Law Firm or Corporate Service Provider in Corporate & Commercial Law related matters.
• Speak and write both fluently and professionally in Greek and English (knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage).
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.
• More years of experience in Corporate Law will be considered and advantage

Remuneration Package

An attractive remuneration package will be offered in accordance with the qualifications and practicable experience. There will be also a 13th salary.

Holiday entitlement

22 days paid vacation per calendar year earned on a pro-rata basis commencing on the first day of employment, as well as all official public holidays.

M. Target Group in Limassol is currently seeking to recruit a Junior Accountant for the clients’ book-keeping department.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Perform bookkeeping and maintain accounting records for a number of companies in an organized manner.
• Monthly reconciliation of banks, creditors and debtors.
• Preparation of draft accounting reports (TB, GL, P&L, BS).
• Basic knowledge of VAT will be considered an advantage.
• Issuing invoices, receipts and keeping records of company’s collections.
• Ad hoc accounting and administration tasks.

Candidate profile:

• Degree in accounting or economics from a reputable university/institution.
• Holder of an accounting certificate (LCCI Higher) or a relevant qualification (CAT/AAT) will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent writing and communication knowledge of the English language (Russian language will be considered an advantage).
• A good level of knowledge of MS office (Knowledge of Intelisoft will be considered an advantage).
• Organizational skills.
• Ability to work with a team.

• Developing and maintaining strong professional business relationship with partners;

• Implement projects and clients queries in cooperation with various departments of the group and ensure a fluid running of tasks between the group and the client’s requests.
• Coordinate jobs and pending requests of various clients and control the deadlines attached to all relevant matters.
• Work and collaborate closely with other departments;
• Meeting monthly goals/targets set by the Company;
• Taking proper actions and implementing necessary changes for the improvement of the Business Development Department;

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the relative field is an advantage;
• Speak and write both fluently and professionally in English and Russian;
• Able to multitask and work under pressure;
• Strong communication skills via phone and email;
• Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills;
• Self-motivated and willingness to drive client relationships independently;

M. TARGET GROUP, is actively looking to recruit its Head of Accounting in Limassol.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Oversight of portfolios of accounting clients
• Train and coach new trainee employees
• Liaise with the auditors and ensure the accuracy of accounting records
• Ensure that all deadlines are met
• Deal with complex accounting transactions
• Assisting in the preparation and submission of VAT, VIES, OSS and INSTRASTAT returns
• Assisting in the preparation of payroll calculations and submitting all necessary returns
• Collaborating with external parties e.g. banks, tax authorities etc. 

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or in any other related field.
• Professional Accounting qualification –  ACA/ACCA (preferable)
• Work experience in an Accounting role at a supervisory or managerial level, of at least 3 years in a comparable position
• Strong knowledge of VAT, Social Insurance and Tax aspects
• Good knowledge of Excel and Word
• Knowledge of Intelisoft accounting program (preferable)
• Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written. Russian would be highly advantageous
• Excellent planning, prioritization, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Self-motivated and willing to learn and develop in a fast paced and growing organization
