H.E. Saker Malkawi

H.E. Saker Malkawi holds degrees in Economics and Social Administration from Paris II University, as well as a Master’s Degree from the ENA, the French elite School of Public Administration.

He is also an alumni of Harvard University’s Government School and had followed some senior short internships within the EU and NATO college in Roma and Brussels and Geneva’s International institute of Strategic Studies.

During his extensive and successful career H.E. Saker Malkawi had served in various important positions at the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with his assignments abroad ranging from Brussels, Paris, and as Deputy Head of Mission to Bern (CH) , London and Algiers.

As Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, he presented his Credentials to 8 presidents and heads of state. He was the Resident Ambassador in Athens (Greece) and Non-Resident Ambassador to Cyprus, Montenegro, Serbia and Albania in 2012-2013, as well as the Resident Ambassador in Bucharest (Romania) and Non-resident Ambassador to Bulgaria and Moldova from 2014 to 2019.

After retiring in 2019, H.E. Saker Malkawi has been keen on sharing his knowledge and expertise to various humanitarian causes, as well as showing interest in innovative approaches to leadership, strategic partnerships and business development.
